Directions To Meetings

From the West: Take I-84 East to Exit 58 (Silver Lane/Burnside Avenue). Bear right off the exit onto Roberts Street and immediately get into left turn lane. At traffic light, turn left onto Silver Lane and continue for 1.8 miles to the intersection with Ridgewood Road (traffic light). Turn left onto Ridgewood Road and continue until stop sign. At stop sign, bear right onto Sunset Ridge Road. Continue all the way up to the end of Sunset Ridge Road to the meetinghouse.

From the East - 84: Take I-84 West to Exit 58 (Roberts Street/Silver Lane/Burnside Avenue). At traffic light at end of exit, turn left onto Roberts Street and continue .4 mile until traffic light at intersection of Silver Lane (you will pass over I-84). Turn left onto Silver Lane and continue for 1.8 miles to the intersection with Ridgewood Road (traffic light). Turn left onto Ridgewood Road and continue until stop sign. At stop sign, bear right onto Sunset Ridge Road. Continue all the way up to the end of Sunset Ridge Road to the meetinghouse.

From the East - 384: Take I-384 West to Exit 1 (Spencer Street). At traffic light at end of exit, turn left onto Spenser Street (Spenser Street will turn into Silver lane) and continue .4 mile to the intersection with Ridgewood Road (traffic light).  Turn right onto Ridgewood Road and continue until stop sign. At stop sign, bear right onto Sunset Ridge Road. Continue all the way up to the end of Sunset Ridge Road to the meetinghouse.

From the North: Take I-91 South to Exit 30 (I-84 East) on the LEFT. Take Exit 58 (Silver Lane/Burnside Avenue) off I-84. Bear right off the exit onto Roberts Street and immediately get into left turn lane. At traffic light, turn left onto Silver Lane and continue for 1.8 miles to the intersection with Ridgewood Road (traffic light). Turn left onto Ridgewood Road and continue until stop sign. At stop sign, bear right onto Sunset Ridge Road. Continue all the way up to the end of Sunset Ridge Road to the meetinghouse.

From the South: Take I-91 North, Exit 29 (Routes 5/15 North and I-84 East). Take Exit 91 (Silver Lane). Turn right at end of exit and continue on Silver Lane and continue for 2.4 miles to the intersection with Ridgewood Road (traffic light). Turn left onto Ridgewood Road and continue until stop sign. At stop sign, bear right onto Sunset Ridge Road. Continue all the way up to the end of Sunset Ridge Road to the meetinghouse.

Board Meetings

CAFA's board of directors meets on the third Tuesday of the month (except where indicated) at 7:00 pm at the UCONN Medical Center, Farmington, CT. All are welcome to attend.

Directions

From I-84: Take exit 39. Turn right at first traffic light onto Route 4 East (Farmington Avenue). At the third traffic light, turn right to enter the Health Center Campus.

From Route 9 North: Take exit 32 (first exit) onto I-84 West and stay in the right lane. Take exit 39, and follow directions above.

To Oral Diagnosis Conference Room L-6062: Go to the academic entrance, park in one of the lots nearest this entrance (south side of building). Go into the Academic Entrance, walk straight ahead between staircases. Bear to the left after the staircases and go to the elevators on the left balcony. Take the elevator to floor 6. Exit the elevator to the left, and turn right down the hallway. The Oral Diagnosis Conference Room is the first conference room on the left.
